My son, Mark Book, had the privilege of being on a baseball team that John coached. For me as Mark's mother, I saw John take a kid and work with him to improve his skills and give him the confidence and encouragement he needed to make him a proud catcher for the team. I will never forget how John worked with the baseball team and made it a postive and joyful experience for everyone. So grateful to him and sorry to hear that he has left us. I will always remember him and his generous spirit and be grateful for knowing him.
