James William Beltran of New Milford, CT, formerly of Hawthorne, NY died February 12, 2015.
He was born Bayridge, Brooklyn on March 24, 1931. Mr. Beltran served in the US Army during Korea.
He was a Customer Advocate for Reader’s Digest for more than 30 years, retiring in 1991. He enjoyed boating, sailing and platform Tennis. He was a Friend of Bill W. for 43 years.
He had been a resident of Hawthorne, NY for 29 years and has lived in New Milford, CT for 24 years.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ann (Connors) Beltran. Loving father of Marianne (Ross) Muscolino, Karen (Bruce) Ritell and Kieran (Kathleen) Beltran. Grandfather of 9; Great-grandfather of 4.
Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 11 AM, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, NY. Interment is private.
