Condolence: Throughout my life I've had the opportunity to play sports for amazing coaches. One of my first coaches growing up was Mike Leone. Looking back on my life I would not be the athlete or person without him. He pushed me to the point where honestly I thought I'd collapse, but he did this because he knew how much potential I had and every single athlete he coached had. He raised one of my best friends and I can't thank him enough for the amazing friend he's given me and the beautiful family I've become so close with. For the rest of my life I step on the field for you Coach Mike ❤️ rest easy and only for you Go Tigers #MJL

Condolence From: Claudia, Aaron, Joshua, Adam and Seth Jaffe
Condolence: The Leone Family, and all of White Plains, has suffered a huge loss with the passing of Michael Leone. Mike was a great coach who taught his athletes the importance of team play, hard work, commitment, good sportsmanship, and community. He led by example and encouraged parents of his team members to step up and get involved in their children's activities, which benefited the players, the parents and the community of White Plains. Though Mike's life was far too brief, he made the most of all his days, typically using his time to help others. His legacy will live on through his and Jane's children Nick, Kate, Abby and Luke, and in the countless number of student-athletes inspired.
With our deepest sympathies to Jane, Mary, and the entire Leone Family,
Claudia, Aaron, Joshua, Adam and Seth Jaffe

Condolence: Although I did not know Mr. Leone well, I am quite close with his son, Nick. Nick and I lived together at Binghamton University and worked closely maintaining and supporting the Binghamton Club Lacrosse team. If Nick's character and integrity are any indication of the type of man his father was, then the world just lost a truly incredible person. My family and I send our deepest condolences to all of Mr. Leone's family and friends. You all will be in our prayers.
God Bless,
Eddie Puncar
