The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Patricia Grunenwald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I am sending love and condolence to you, Amy, and to the rest of your family also. Your mom was so special, bright and funny. I was in one of her recorder groups and just enjoyed being around her so much. She will be remembered with love and smiles. Such a dear person. Yours, Lynda

Condolence From: Corie Brockstedt
Condolence: I had the privilege of having Mrs. Grunenwald for a teacher. I have never forgotten that time. She was patient, kind, and warm. My time at Bedford Road was not easy but she made it comforting when I was in her class. She made a wonderful impact in my life and she will never be forgotten. My prayers are with the Grunenwald family.

Condolence From: Susan Quayle Descheemaeker
Condolence: When my family moved to Pleasantville back in the 60's the Grunenwalds made us feel so welcome. Pat and my parents became friends and remained so for life. She was truly a great mom! She was the first person who got me to eat tomato soup ~ I have no idea why I remember that but to this day I still like it.
I am so sorry for your loss. Hold on to each other and all your memories. Know how many people loved her. She will be remembered fondly.
Love,
Susan Quayle Descheemaeker
