Margaret Frances Maegerle Wozniak died peacefully at Somers Manor Nursing Home today after a long illness. She was born in Woodhaven, NYC on December 10, 1919, the youngest of Frances and William F. Maegerle’s seven children. She attended Tarrytown schools and married Edward S. Wozniak in Transfiguration Church in 1944. They lived in Port Chester, NY and retired to Rock Hill, SC. After her husband died in 1995, Margaret returned to Westchester to live. She is survived by her daughter Fran, and her son Ed, grandchildren Jennifer, Evan and Elizabeth and four great-grandchildren. She was an inspiration to many, and loved by all who knew her.
