Lorraine L. Miles, 92, of Greenwich, passed away on January 5, 2018, at Greenwich Woods. Born in Port Chester, NY, on September 11, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Florence Coe Loewenstine.

Lorraine was a graduate of Katherine Gibbs and was a bookkeeper at Christ Church in Greenwich before retiring to Venice, Fl. She was an avid reader and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was married to the late Richard W. Miles, who was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Susan Spika (Lutz) of
Stamford; a sister Lucille Moore (Joe) of Venice, FL; a brother, Alison Loewenstine (Priscilla) of Newtown; a sister-in-law Catherine MacKay (James) of Greenwich; three granddaughters, Sarah Spika of Greenwich, Pamela Larriuz of Stamford, and Erica Illescas of Milford; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces & a nephew.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Chapel at Christ Church, 254 E. Putnam Ave, Greenwich, at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Interment at Putnam Cemetery will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Beecher Flooks Funeral Home Inc., Pleasantville, NY.
