Obituary for Patricia Ann O'Reilly

Patricia Ann  O'Reilly
Patricia Ann O’Reilly, 87 of Johns Creek, Georgia passed away on Monday, March 26,
2018 in Lawrenceville, Georgia after a brief illness. She was born on March 24, 1931 in the Bronx to the late LeRoy and Esther (Miley) Owen. She leaves behind her husband of 66 years Edward James O’Reilly.
She is also survived by 6 children, Kathleen (David) Bolton of Shavertown, PA, Patricia (William) Abraham of Colorado Springs, CO, Joanne (Hugh) Mohan of Cincinnati, OH, James (Denise) O’Reilly of Suwanee, GA, Thomas (Andrea) O’Reilly of Hollis, NH, Edward (Kathryn) O’Reilly of Hingham, MA; 16 Grandchildren,
8 Great-Grandchildren and two Nieces.
She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Marion Crowley and her
brother-in-law William Crowley.
Patricia was a graduate of Aquinas High School in the Bronx. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Suffern, NY. She worked in the Healthcare profession at Ramapo Manor Nursing Center and Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY.
Pat and her husband spent 37 years raising their family in Suffern, NY. She enjoyed vacations at the Jersey Shore and traveling. Upon retirement, they moved to Washington, NH and enjoyed building and living in their home on beautiful Lake Ashuelot. They then moved to Hollis, NH for 2 years and then to Sun City, Bluffton, SC for the past 12 years. They recently moved to Johns Creek, Georgia to be near family.
Pat enjoyed playing golf, Mahjong and crocheting. One of her passions was writing poetry and she recently had some of her works published. Pat enjoyed Irish music and playing the piano.
The love for her family was her greatest joy.

The family will receive friends at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home, 418 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, NY on Friday April 6 from 9AM – 10:45AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday April 6 at 11 am at Holy Innocents Church. An interment will immediately follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
