Obituary for Phyllis K. Woods (Konrad)
Phyllis K. Woods of Thornwood, NY, passed peacefully on April 22, 2016 at Tarrytown Hall Care Center. She was predeceased by her husband Peter P. Woods and her youngest son Joseph M. Woods. Peter and Phyllis met while working for Sheffield Farms/Sealtest and were married on Nov. 5, 1949. She is survived by her children Peter (Kathie), Barry (Tess), and Donna (James); grandchildren Kerrie (David), Pete (Carol-Ann), and Veronica; and great-grandchildren Devlin, Keenan, and Corey.
Visitation will be on Thursday May 19 from 9:30-11:30 AM @ Beecher Flooks Funeral Home in Pleasantville, NY, followed by a 12 noon Mass at Holy Rosary Church and burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, both in Hawthorne, NY.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to further Alzheimer's research.
