Jeanne Aspinwall Brady

Jeanne Brady passed away at Cedar Manor Nursing Home, in Ossining, New York on Saturday July 1, 2017. She was 92.
She was born on November 13, 1924. Beloved mother of Elisabeth Biggar and her husband David and cherished grandmother to Daniel, Katherine, Erin and Charlotte.

She was raised in Marathon, New York, later moving to New York City. She attended Katharine Gibbs. Employment followed at General Electric. She was also involved in the Young Republican Club. She then moved to Mount Kisco, New York to raise her family. She was the office manager at the Mount Kisco Presbyterian Church. Her volunteering efforts included the League of Woman Voters and the Chappaqua Orchestra. She later moved to Ossining, New York and was employed by Phelps Memorial Hospital.
She was a longtime parishioner of Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church in Scarborough, New York.

She loved cooking, gardening, antiques, music and most of all her family.

A memorial service will be held in the fall.
