Rose Callan passed away on October 29, 2018 surrounded by her family. The very epitome of love itself, our Rosie was born on Valentine’s Day in 1931 in County Longford, Ireland. At the age of 24, she emigrated to the United States with her brother, Frank.
Rose was pre-deceased by her husband of 47 years, Patrick. She was a beloved mother to Mary (Lou Marello) and Eileen (Adam Nolan). Her greatest joy was in caring for her four grandchildren Amanda, Louie, Cailean, and Ciara from the moment they were born. She will forever be remembered for her vivacious sense of humor and her unconditional love. While our world shines less brightly without her in it, heaven has undoubtedly become a more joyous place.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, at 11:00 at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne.
