Six grandchildren also survive her: Danielle (her husband Mike Callaci), Alexander, Nicole, Marisa, Anna and Samantha. She was predeceased by her loving husband in 1998 and her son, Paul in 2018.

Asuncion, known to many as “Cookie”, was a beautiful and generous person inside and out. She was the sparkle in her husband’s eye and the light of her family’s life.
