Obituary for Hilda M. Wellansky
Hilda Maria Wellansky, 80, of Kissimmee, Florida and the Bronx, New York, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2019 surrounded by family. A wake will be held on Friday July 26 from 7-9pm at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home in Pleasantville, NY. Her funeral will be held on Saturday July 27 at 12 noon at the Pleasantville Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow.
Hilda Wellansky was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on February 28, 1939. She married Colman Wellansky on September 5, 1960 and had 4 children whom she loved very much. Hilda loved cooking, the Yankees and gambling at casinos. She laughed often and spoil her grandchildren. Hilda was survived by her husband Colman Wellansky, son Mark Wellansky and his wife Pilar Wellansky, daughter Wanda Ruffino and her husband Chris Ruffino, son Roy Wellansky and his wife Stephanie Wellansky, daughter Tara Wellansky and 5 grandchildren Brian Ruffino, Michelle Wellansky, Carrie Wellansky, Jessica Ruffino and Tyler Ruffino.
