Condolence: I had the extreme pleasure of working with Don on a very special U.S. Navy/Navy Band project while I was serving with the Navy Band in Washington, DC. Don was extremely talented and not only produced wonderful film but was generous with his thoughts on life and living. I learned so much from Don during our time together. I considered him a great friend and colleague. He had in infectious laugh that made you smile. A gracious gentleman whom I am so thrilled to have been able to spend time working with and socializing with. I know he will be missed. Rest well dear friend... and I know we will meet again.

Condolence: As an 80 yo retired planetarium director I remember Don very well. He is one of the first planetarium gurus I ever met, and he was was funny, bright and an inspiration. I haven't heard about him in years, but the news of his passing triggered many fond memories. I'm sorry to hear his last few years were not as much fun as the years when I knew him back in the 70's. My sincere condolences to his family. He was a great guy.

Condolence: My sincere condolences go out to the entire Lunetta family. Trish has told me how great a person Don Sr. was. How warm and giving. Her houseboat trip in england was so wonderful and full of fun captained and directed by Don Sr. I regret not having the opportunity to have known him. Sent with a heavy heart. Steve Z.
