Condolence: I will always remember Sue as a fun loving adventurer not unlike myself. We bonded as soon as we met when I joined a ski club which she belonged to. I remember how friendly & welcoming Sue was. She really stood out! That led to travels to Vermont, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone National Park & many other destinations. When Sue introduced me to Doug I knew she had found her soul mate.I was so happy for her & for Doug!
I consider myself very lucky that my husband & I got to enjoy concerts, dinners shopping excursions & outings with Sue & Doug. Wherever it was Sue made it fun!
We want to extend our deepest condolences to Doug & the Darrigrand Family. May it comfort you to know that Sue led her life to the fullest & did it with the utmost grace.

Condolence: Sue was such a loyal and loving friend and I am so saddened at her passing. I loved all the times spent with her both at SUNY-B and when we were home on break, cross-country skiing, playing tennis, our summer of 1987 biking trip to Cape Cod, and our SUNY-B girls reunions to museums in the city and to the Botanical Gardens in more recent years. I feel so very lucky to have been her friend and will miss her dearly. Sending much love and prayers to Doug and all of Sue's family as I know how much she was loved by all of you. I look forward to seeing you again one day my dear friend Sue, and know that you are now making music amongst the angels.

Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Sue at PS 257( Bronx) many years ago.
My memory of Sue was someone pleasant, very affable and sensitive. Before I moved to another school she presented me with a cassette that she made composed of music from "Yanni" and told me the music she picked to record reminded her of me-- I was deeply touched and always remember her kindness; I still have the cassette! ( best gift ever-- right from the heart!) that's Sue!! That's how will always remember her!
My deepest sympathy to her family and fiancé.

Condolence: We are so sad to learn of Sue's sudden passing. Sue was a loving sister to Babette and Ruth, and a dedicated daughter to her mother. She meant so very much to so many. I had the pleasure of spending time with her over the years. Sue was smart, kind, funny, and loved her family. May she rest in peace, knowing that she touched so many through her teaching and love of music and the arts. We pray that her family finds solace through the knowledge that she loved them all so much.

With deepest sympathy,

The Cippolettis
Rick, Nicole, Henry, and Amelia
